NHTTA Venue Entry Terms & Conditions
Upon entering NHTTA you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.
If you and your companions do not accept these entry terms and conditions, you must leave the venue immediately. Entering and remaining at NHTTA venue will constitute acceptance to the following terms and conditions of entry.
All members/users must book via online to agree to the entry conditions and pay fees prior to play - if you are unable to book online but enter and remain at the venue, this will also constitute acceptance to the terms and conditions below.
- All members/users/visitors must adhere to all signs at all times - smoking and vaping of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the car park area, inside and surrounding areas of the venue. Alcohol is strictly prohibited at this venue at all times.
- No glass is to be brought onto the premises.
- All players must wear appropriate attire and shoes for playing table tennis.
- All incidents including fluid spillage on the floor MUST be reported to the NHTTA Venue Management.
- Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- NHTTA assumes no liability for loss or damage to any vehicles and/or their contents however caused.
- Releases and Indemnity: NHTTA takes no responsibility for the safekeeping of valuables, goods or vehicles brought onto the premises. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless to us, and our current and former officers and employees, against and from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments, and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at the NHTTA Venue for any reason whatsoever. You agree to indemnify us and our current and former officers, employees and agents for all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at NHTTA Venue except to the extent caused or contributed to negligence of current or former officers, employees or agents.
- NHTTA Venue Management reserves the right to ban any users who places the safety of others at risk
- NHTTA reserves its right to update or change these rules without notice
- We adhere to the National Privacy Principle relating to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. All information collected is required to meet the requirements of the State legislation regarding the maintenance of a guest register, for fire safety reasons and/or for billing purposes. Any personal information collected will not be made available to any third party without your prior consent except where required by law or to enforce collection of amounts owing by you. - NHTTA Venue Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any member/user/visitor for breaching entry terms and conditions.
- You must declare to the NHTTA Venue Management if you have any illness, injury, or disability prior to entering the premises.
- You must declare to the NHTT Venue Management if you are pregnant, and you must be aware of your own risk and responsibility when participating in the sport. Please be mindful that NHTTA is not responsible for any injury to or death of foetuses, as well as the pregnant persons.
- It is strongly recommended that all players and users register as a member of Table Tennis New South Wales (TTNSW) for individual liabilities that can also possibly be covered in relation to table tennis activities. Please visit the website for more details: https://www.ttnsw.org.au/registration/
